Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using LifeEngine (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kafra Technologies LLC ("we," "us," or "our").
App Usage
You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the App in accordance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
Permitted Use: You may use the App to track habits, manage streaks, and access the features we provide.
Prohibited Use: You may not use the App for any illegal purpose, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the App's operation.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Subscriptions
LifeEngine may offer premium features through subscription. Subscription terms are as follows:
Pricing: Subscription prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region and subscription tier.
Payment: Payments are processed through the App Store or Google Play. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your device's app store settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds: Refunds are handled by the App Store or Google Play according to their respective refund policies.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Kafra Technologies LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the habit data and information you input into the App. By using the App, you grant us a license to store, process, and use this data to provide the service.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the App.
Total Liability: Our total liability to you for all claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
No Warranty: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms.
By You: You may stop using the App at any time and delete your account through the App settings.
By Us: We may terminate your account if you breach these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.
Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top of these Terms.
Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
